The locality of Tarifa is the most southern point in Europe. Apart from its population of 20,000 this city has become one of the main tourist landmarks in Spain. Its population quadruples during Easter and the summer months. Tarifa is a balcony overlooking Africa. From almost every point in this city you can see the spectacular view of the division of both continents. Tarifa known as the windy city, and for it's beautiful sand dunes in Valdevaqueros and Bolonia, it's ancient roman ruins, and most importantly it's beautiful golden sand beaches make this a most desirable destination for those who love nature, who enjoy water sports, who enjoy laying out on the beach, and who are looking for great nightlife which never fails in Tarifa. |
