Costa de la Luz is not Costa del Sol, but it has a few common characteristics. First and foremost, sun and daylight hours. We count on more than 300 sunny days a year and secondly, you can always find a nearby golf course to play some holes.
From Chiclana to Isla Canela, you will find atleast half a dozen Golf courses in which you can enjoy playing holes under the sun. This area isn't as luxurious as for example Sotogrande, and it doesn't have as many golf courses as the eastern side of Cádiz, but you have plenty of nice locations to choose from.
